How to order
|
Order online:
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Placing an order online in our website is secure and convenient. When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your form.
Order by telephone:
Call us at 425 753 6968 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, PST. If you need assistance outside of the hours listed above, or are unable to speak to a representative, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call by the next working day.
Order by fax:
You can fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 425 522 4478. Please include your phone number, fax number and email address on all faxes so that we can confirm receipt of your order. Please remember to add the appropriate shipping and handling, gift wrapping or applicable sales tax charges.
Order by mail:
To place your order by mail, include your complete product information such as name and product code, color and quantities. Also include a credit card number, personal check or money order payable to Earthentree for the total amount of charges including shipping and handling, gift wrapping or applicable sales tax charges.

Back orders
In order to save on shipping costs and packaging we strive to ship complete orders, so if a particular item is temporarily out of stock your order may be delayed. If an order will be delayed or if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to determine if you would like to wait for the item, cancel the backordered item or have it shipped separately.

Check and credit card policy
|
Earthentree accepts preprinted checks, debit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee or other amount allowed by law and may be collected by electronic re-presentment or through normal banking channels. We reserve the right to verify funds and to refuse any form of payment.

Shipping policy

Our standard shipping method is via USPS ground and FedEx for large or heavy packages. Please check the shipping address carefully at check-out. If an address is incorrect we will notify you - this may delay shipping. Please note that we must pay shipping costs for each package shipped, if a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges is your responsibility. We want to ensure that your order reaches you promptly.
Shipping & Handling charges will automatically be added to your total at check out. Please refer to the chart below for estimating shipping cost.

This chart is for standard shipping within the United States. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours but may take one to seven business days for delivery from the date of receipt. To expedite shipping to 2-Day Express, add $12.95 per address. To expedite shipping to Next Day Air, add $24.95 per address. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery to all areas.

Multiple shipping destinations
|
For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping and handling charge will be assessed based on the product total to each address.
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, make sure to add each item to your cart separately. You will be able to specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.

Return policy
|
Earthentree is happy to accept most returned merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase with receipt. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Exceptions include merchandise sold “as-is” or with a damage discount. Shipping, delivery and handling fees and gift boxes are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damage caused by goods during shipping please contact the shipping company for refunds in such cases.
All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days can not be returned. Please contact us early and return unwanted items promptly.
We always inspect our products thoroughly before we ship them. However if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call us at 425 753 6868.
How to return an item
Please notify us by e-mail returns@earthentree.com that you intend to return an item. Include name, order number, order details and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend that you include insurance for the value of the item returned and a tracking number. We must be able to track your return in case of loss, we cannot refund lost returns.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds:
If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Earthentree for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit you will be informed and store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.

Pricing policy
|
Earthentree is committed to very high quality products and accurate pricing. Price discrepancies should be brought to the attention for immediate correction.

Sales tax
|
Washington sales tax will be collected on all orders being shipped within the state of Washington.

Product detail and guarantee
|
Earthentree guarantees its products against defects as a result of workmanship. Any naturally occurring inconsistencies are a result of natural dyes or due to the handcrafting of our unique products. We cannot be responsible for damage occurred during shipping. In such cases please contact the shipping company.
Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that a customer understands the product they are ordering. The descriptions, data, pictures, and information on our web site are intended to be accurate. All information is subject to change without notice. Colors are represented as realistically as possible, but color variations of product images or color swatches are outside of our control because software, hardware and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colors.

Shipping to Canada
|
Shipping and delivery charges depend on the total cost of merchandise and your ship-to-destination. To estimate shipping and delivery charges before you buy, refer to our US Shipping chart. A brokerage and handling fee of $5.00 is added to all Canadian orders. For expedited 2 day shipping add $19.00 per address. For next day shipping add $ 40.00. Orders over $200 please call for quote.
We will notify you if your order is too heavy or bulky and may cost additional shipping charges. All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
We are confident that you will be pleased with our product purchase, however if you would like to return an item, our return policy is the same as our US customers. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable and return shipping is your responsibility, we recommend that you insure and track the item so that it reaches us safely.

| Customs, Duty and Import Tax
Earthentree cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on international shipments. Charges (if any) are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country of destination. If you have questions or concerns about customs, please contact customs within your country to inquire as to regulations and costs.

Gift Wrapping
|
Earthentree is committed to being eco friendly, we try and use sustainable and recycled materials as much as possible. We will be happy to gift wrap upon request. If you would like to include a gift card please email us at customerservice@earthentree.com with what you’d like your card to say and we will make sure your special message is shipped along with your gift.
Please note that some items if gift wrapped and boxed may incur additional shipping charge. Please call us and we will do our best to meet your request with no additional charge. |
